This robust three-person, three-season shelter pitches intuitively, allowing more time to soak in the views, then securely anchors your base with its resilient 9.5mm and 11mm 7000 Series aluminum poles and a freestanding dome design that holds its own when the wind picks up. Inside, 47.6 square feet of living space provides ample room for three and their sleep systems, while dual vestibules totaling up to 50.7 square feet swallow packs and muddy boots, keeping the interior pristine. A signature feature of the 3XTE, clear windows in the vestibules allow you to check the weather without letting the elements in. Crafted from durable 75D polyester ripstop with a 2000mm waterproof coating on the fly and a significantly more robust 5000mm coating on the "bathtub" floor, it’s built to shed heavy downpours and keep groundwater out. The integrated High/Low Air Exchange ventilation system effectively minimizes condensation by using adjustable roof and fly vents, ensuring a comfortable, breathable refuge through crisp spring evenings, summer showers, and autumn chills. This UnNew Eureka! Mountain Pass 3XTE Tent 3-Person 3-Season is in Fair condition.  
  
Products in Fair condition have been well loved, but still have life left in them. Signs of wear may include pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, minor but noticeable staining, and other cosmetic imperfections. Small tears or holes may be present, but will not affect the functionality of the item.  
 
With this item, the following damages were observed:

  • Dirt marks throughout the tent and fly
  • Fog on the windows 
  • Older model so water proofing capabilities may not be as prominent
  • Rain fly window is deteriorating, will need to be replaced or repaired, currently not water tight
