Initiate Your Return

Log into your Geartrade account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely place the apparel in its original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the items are unworn and free of any marks or odors.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our returns portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
